Company Milestone
Year 2004 - 2007
The company started as the exclusive Project Construction Manager of one of the prestigious real estate companies in Davao City. It was registered as ” Transdev Management and Design Services”. Its major accomplishment was the land development of Lapanday properties in Mandug, Buhangin District, Davao City which included road networks, bridges, river embankment, water supply and sewerage system.
Year 2008 - 2011
The company’s founder, Marcelina G. Supsup (MGS) transferred to Manila and formed a new company call “1237 Gridlines Inc.”, which specialized in architectural design as well as construction and project management. The numbers 1237 refer to the placement of the company’s four young architects who made it to the Top 10 of the Architecture Licensure Exam. The projects completed are design and build residential and office buildings and the site development and the construction of engineered steel warehouse at Carmona Industrial Park.
Year 2014
The decision to form two separate companies according to specialization was made. Thus, “Gridlines MGS Construction and Project Management, Inc.” shall focus on specialized services in construction and project management while “Grid Asia” shall specialize on design of medium rise buildings, and ID Fit-Out of offices and commercial buildings.
Year 2016
The Gridlines MGS Construction and Project Management, Inc. was registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It has been utilizing its professional expertise in serving the needs of a growing number of clientele that include real estate developers of high rise condominiums, malls, hotels and resorts.
Year 2020
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification was issued.
