Gridlines MGS Construction & Project Management, Inc. (GMCPMI) was recently awarded a New Construction project by SM Development Corporation (SMDC) . The company was notified of the award for the Construction Management, Cost Management, Procurement Management & Quantity Surveying Services.
The project, officially named SMDC GEM Residences, is a 41-storey High-rise residential condominium project at the heart of Pasig City carrying the SMDC brand.
